This small restaurant in the Pearl was the home of Holsteins Shakes + Buns. As the architect of record for the Brewery Blocks, GBD was able to participate in the design of this unique space. We worked closely with the companies branding team to create a space that paired some classic elements with modern. GBD did the interior design and furniture selections were done in house by the Holstein’s team.
