The PacWest center in downtown portland is a well known building with its aluminum banding and dark glass. When the desire arose to update the lobby spaces and create some modern ammenities for the tenants of the building GBD stepped in to take on the challenge. The project included a full lobby repostitioning for both upper and lower lobbies as well as the addition of an amenity conference space, a bike hub, and fitness center.
